ACPA-SW is a
non-profit organization that provides JITT
for Portland Cement Concrete Pavement (PCCP)
and Continuously Reinforced Concrete
Pavement (CRCP) taught by experts in the
field of materials and construction. The 4
hour class is brought to your site, anywhere
in the state. The instructor brings all
